Pastor Training Courses

Effects of Grace Ministries, Inc. offers pastor training courses to help pastors and lay people remain faithful to the faith and practice of God’s Word.*  In doing so, they can equip their congregations for the work of the ministry and serve with endurance.

but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.  (2 Peter 3:18, NASB95)

*At this time, this is only being offered to our partners in the Philippines through Eastside Baptist Group of Churches.  We are willing to expand the invitation to others as interpreters, curriculum and funding allows.

What?

Seminary-type classes on subjects designed to help you pastor healthy, Christ-exalting churches.

Where?

Classes will be held at Sylvania Church in Tyler, TX.  Lodging will be provided by Effects of Grace Ministries, Inc.

When?

Our first classes are planned for September 2015.  Classes will meet on two days per week.  The duration of the course will be determined by the length of the students’ planned stay in the United States.

The following items are provided at no cost to students:

  • Lodging, utilities and internet;
  • Classroom instruction;
  • Textbooks;

Each student is responsible for his/her own travel expenses.  Students are also responsible for most of their food while in the United States; however, as funding allows, Effects of Grace will supplement.

  • Evangelism and Church Health;
  • Expository Preaching;
  • Church History;
  • Worship Through Music;

NOTE:  Every person lodging with Effects of Grace Ministries in the United States is expected to faithfully attend the courses offered.  By joining the traveling group, you are consenting to this requirement.
