H. Rodney Skyles, MDiv | President

Rodney graduated from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY with a Master in Divinity Degree, May 20, 2016 He is also a published author. He and his family are faithful and active members at Sylvania Church in Tyler, Texas, where Rodney currently serves as an elder. Rodney is happily married to Katrina and they have two children, Henry Ryder (2011) and Ansley Kate (2015).

Rodney was licensed to preach in June 1991 by Calvary Baptist Church in Shreveport, Louisiana. Since 2013, Rodney has served as President and Co-Founder of Effects of Grace Ministries, Inc. He has a heart to make disciples of all nations and saw the value of training people to understand and communicate the gospel clearly to all who are thirsty to hear it. He leads the pastor training initiative and travels to other countries to preach and teach.

Rodney is a former board member of Extreme Missionary Adventures and served on mission trips to Zimbabwe, Honduras and Slovenia.
